All items are checked before dispatch for condition and operation. Serial numbers of units and parts are also logged.

14-Day No Fuss Returns

We honour a 14-day no quibble returns policy from the date of arrival for any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition it arrived in.

Cosmetic Condition of Returned Items

The cosmetic condition of the returning unit along with accessories must be in the same condition as on arrival. If there is any cosmetic damage to the unit, consideration will be taken and a refund will be made with a fair deduction depending on the extent of the damage.

 

Faulty items

In the unlikely event that a unit will arrive dead or faulty, please contact us and a free collection will be offered within 14 days. On return of the unit, it will be checked swiftly and the option of receiving a replacement or a full refund will be offered. If the unit develops a fault after 14 days of arrival, the unit must be serviced under warranty whether honoured by us or the manufacturer. We are happy to help with arranging this and support will be given until the unit is back with you.​

 

Packaging

Please keep original packaging for 14 days.

The responsibility to send any items back are with the customer. The item must be packed safely as on arrival and in the original packaging or alternative appropriate packaging. If returning an item independently, adequate insurance must be included with the chosen shipping service.

Return Shipping Address

The return shipping address is our warehouse address and not the same as our registered office address. The return address will be included in the return instructions after the form has been submitted and a returns number authorisation has been issued.
